The Rafael + Bigauskas design approach perceives the project as an integral part of the contextual fabric, balanced with an acute understanding of the existing market-place. The project form, the design and the site planning is a resolution of economic factors, site conditions and the end user's needs. Many of the projects have presented challenges that required reviewing traditional approaches. They have been resolved successfully by innovative site and space planning and where appropriate through technical innovation in building systems. The primary objective is to work as part of the team in order to maximize the potential of the project. Inherent in this objective is the desire to produce a built environment that is appropriate for the client and the surrounding community.
